Community impact in De Doorns through the empowerment of Worker Committee members

Another worker committee has been trained and empowered to represent the needs and interests of their local community on the farm! Thank you again to Renaldo van Hoogstraten of Skills for U for his expertise and passion in supporting and developing leaders through these extremely valuable training programmes.

This worker committee from WK Beukes (Mohein) farm in De Doorns attended a follow-up session with Renaldo on Friday, 8 September. Also, in attendance with our Waitrose Foundation Manager Farm Support, Raymond Engelbrecht, was Ishmael Lupahla, our newly appointed Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.
