The crèche at Westfalia provides care for over 70 farm children, and runs a daily transport service to pick up the children from the neighbouring communities.
Children are look after well with a daily feeding programme, which provides two balanced meals a day, helping to keep children healthy and well nourished.
The Clinic, also another Foundation project, work alongside the crèche and provides care for the children when they are sick. Consultation statistics from 2008 shows an 80% reduction in crèche children consultation on malnourishment-related illnesses compared to 2007.
